This post is a little different than most i have been publishing for the past few years. Just about four years ago I started collecting data for a project in which I was part of a team attempting to develop a measure and theory related to Sense of Community in the workplace. I happy to report that this research has finally born fruit and will be published in the Journal of Workplace Learning. Here's a link to the article. It is scintillating stuff.
